Craig focuses his practice on Bankruptcy and Creditor / Debtor Law, as well as Banking and Secured Transactions.
He represents a wide variety of banks, credit unions, debt purchasers and sellers, financial institutions and manufacturing companies. Craig has also acted as Counsel to numerous secured and unsecured creditors in Chapter 11 proceedings nationwide. Craig also advises clients with regard to debt restructuring, Loan documentation and lien priority disputes.
